Broccoli and Cheese

INGREDIENTS :
2 cup broccoli
1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 boiling water
1 salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS :20 minutes
1 Boil broccoli and salt, cook until tender

2 In separate sauce pan, melt butter on low heat. Slowly add flour until smooth

2 tbsp flour
3 While stirring constantly slowly add milk and stir until smooth

1 cup milk
4 Add salt and cheese and stir until cheese is melted, try not to overcook.

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
5 Pour cheese sauce over broccoli and enjoy!
