Over Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients :
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (5 ounces, about 2.5 pounds)
2 packages chicken gravy mix
1 can of the low fat of chicken soup
2 cups water
Fresh pepper to savor
mashed potatoes
 
Method :
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, stir together the dry gravy mix, soup, water and pepper with a whisk until the gravy becomes silky.
Flow the gravy mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or toast (optional).
