Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Garlic

INGREDIENTS :
1 lb fresh brussels sprouts
4 slice bacon, raw, cut into bite sized pieces
2 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 (to taste) salt and pepper


INSTRUCTIONS :
- Rinse Brussels sprouts in cold water, trim the ends and slice in half.
