Homemade Chocolate Bar

Ingredients :
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
2 Tablespoons cacao butter, chopped
6 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon seasalt
T Tablespoons almond slivers

Instructions :
-In the top of a double boiler melt the coconut oil and cacao butter over low heat.
-Stir well and slowly add the cocoa powder.
-Add honey, sea salt and vanilla.
-Use a spatula to scrape the sides down as needed.
-Line a tray with parchment paper, the smaller the tray the thicker the chocolate bar will be.
-Pour mixture and spread evenly.
-Top with slivered almonds.
-Place tray into freezer to harden.
-Once hard you can keep it stored in the fridge.
