Ingredients:
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 - 1 ounce package, dry Ranch dressing mix
1 cup chunky salsa (I used black bean and corn salsa)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
10 - 10" flour tortillas
Optional - thinly shaved ham or turkey

Directions:
In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix in the Ranch dressing, salsa and cheese and mix well. Divide the mixture evenly amongst the tortillas. If adding shaved meat, lay a thin, even layer over cream cheese mixture. Tightly roll up the tortillas and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Slice into 1/2 - 3/4" slices. Enjoy.
